Join us for a kayaking tour in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The kayak tour starts by checking out the Columbia River and then we work our way up a wind protected tributary. The water becomes so clear you can see the fish swimming under your kayak. Birds we regularly see include osprey, blue heron, eagles, mergansers, king fishers, and more. Enjoy a fun stop at a beach for rock skipping and blackberry picking.
Guided tours meet 15 miles to the west of Hood River on the Washington Side, driving directions will be sent in confirmation email.
If you would like to use a two person kayak you may select that in the registration.
